Role:
Responsible for the operational Supply Chain Management of the plant, including SCM procedures, data maintenance, stock level control, in-house production planning, materials procurement, customer orders fulfillment, bottlenecks management, KPI Monitoring (SL1, SL2, SSL3, SCC and Coverage).
Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for production planning, material procurement, inventory level control as well as customer order fulfillment based on business strategy.
-Review, optimize and re-design (if necessary) supply procedures and instructions, and implement.
-Coordinate with internal departments and outside customers and supplier to solve capacity issues and delivery issues.
-Manage and development of people.
Requirements:
-University graduate with Engineering/supply chain/logistics bachelor degree or above
-More than 8 years work experience in supply planning or production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing industry, including 3+ yrs in management role
-SAP implementation experience and process designing experience is preferred
-Strong communication skills. Fluent English both in write and oral
-Result-orientation, Team Leader and Team Player, systematic working methods
-Can motivate and lead all people towards the targets defined, and support subordinates development
-Skillful in MRP software, MS-Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word).
