职位描述:
工作职责：
-在新产品研发阶段，根据项目进度要求实施采购。
-与研发、生产、质量等部门紧密合作，并作为项目组成员提供相应的技术支持。
-因设计更改，质量改进或降低成本需要，与相关部门及供应商保持良好的工作关系。
任职要求：
-本科学历，机械或机电相关工科专业
-3年以上机械类消费品产品采购/研发经验
-1年以上项目采购/研发经验
-深刻理解新品开发的全过程
-对注塑，冲压和其他机械加工工艺有一定了解
-英语流利
-外企工作经验优先
Responsibilities：
-Accountable for coordinating all purchasing related activities during new product development projects and attaining project schedule. Can represent Purchasing as a member of the Project Team for the SBHz2 plant.
-Provides technical support in assigned commodities. Works with buyer（s），suppliers，engineering，manufacturing and marketing to utilize supplier driven technology for product innovation and cost reduction at the SBHz2 plant.
-Maintain strong cross-functional working relationships with interfacing departments and plants in order to implement design changes，quality improvement initiatives，supplier reduction and cost reduction efforts.
-Provides value analysis and best value solutions for supplier tooling，including part quality optimization，productivity optimization and overall capacity planning.
-Works with buyer and engineering（plus marketing，where applicable）on identifying and analyzing new product ideas regarding manufacture.
Requirements：
-University graduate in mechanical engineering，or equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years in Sourcing and purchasing
-Mechanical engineering background including：
-Reading＆understanding mechanical drawing
-Good understanding of quality standards and tolerances
-Experience with communicating and controlling specialize
-Know the process of cutting，machining，injecting，die cutting，powder metal forming，die mould designing and manufacturing
-Experience in developing and successfully implementing strategies for new component and annual contract price negotiation
-Target oriented and be a self-starter
-Good command of oral/written Engish
