职位描述:
Responsibilities（Technical Purchaser）：
•To support sourcing requirements of spare-parts，service，and equipment from internal clients within specified budget. Ensure application of Akzo Nobel standard
•To negotiate best terms＆conditions with suppliers and maximal benefits to Akzo Nobel. Work closely with internal clients in plant
•To participate in assigned regional/global projects. Handle other tasks assigned when necessary. Gather information and provide data＆reports according to requirements of projects
•Issue Purchase Orders timely，based on Purchasing Requisition/Material Requirements Plan（MRP）
•Follow up and expedite supplier deliveries to meet On-Time-Delivery target and implement process of supplier performance management to drive supplier performance improvement
•Prepare price and cost analysis and tender documents；implement cost reduction activities and strategic purchasing
•Work closely with MEI，Maintenance and plant to make technical decision whether datasheet/specification of purchase parts fits to requirement for alternative parts
•Abide by AN Corporate Purchasing Guideline and Business principal. Make sure issues such as legal，ethical，safety，health，and environment are addressed within business scope. Make sure companies confidential information is protected
Requirements：
•Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering C Electrical/Electronic or chemical engineering or equivalent
•Experience in Purchasing
•Computer literate in MS Word，Excel. Knowledge of ERP system and experience in handling SAP will be added advantages
•Must be resourceful with strong sourcing，negotiation and procurement skills
•Able to work independently and under pressure
•Willing to learn and highly committed
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good verbal and writing skills in English and Mandarin
