职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for overseeing our key account.
2.Responsible for the sales and profitability of sales function from prospecting new accounts and potential business in China.
3.Developing profitable sales offering to meet customer requirements,closing deals,planning and implementing commercialization in new accounts,and long term management of the business relationship with existing customers in order to expand share with them.
4.Work closely with technical service to utilize existing product technologies adapted to meet specific customer requirements and,where appropriate,identify new product opportunities that may result in substantial growth opportunities.
5.Assure account profitability by managing DSOs,Accounts Receivables,Inventory levels,and returns at acceptable levels.

Requirements:
1.Above three years sales experiences in coatings industry,preferred Auto APAD sales experiences
2.Strong business development ability
3.Strong market and interpersonal skills4.Excellent communicaiton skills5.A Bache degree in chemistry or equivalent

3.根据客户需求,提供有价值的解决方案,为新客户量身订制适合他们的产品;维护与现有客户的关系,寻求进一步合作的机会
4.与技术服务人员紧密合作,利用现有的产品及技术来满足客户的具体需求;发掘有一定业务增长量的新产品5.主要负责华南华中地区汽车涂料销售工作
工作要求:
1.至少三年以上油漆相关工作经验,汽车零配件涂料销售经验优先
2.出色的业务开发能力
3.市场触觉敏锐,能够独立工作,抗压性强
4.沟通表达能力出色5.本科以上文凭,化学类或者相关专业
