Export dept. Operator Job description:
The job involves ensuring the respect of procedures, rules and regulations and the respect of contracts, terms & conditions, shipments, invoicing, certification, forwarding, order tracking & scheduling and timing.
Requirements:
1. The candidate must have good experience (3 years) in the field of import/export
2. The candidate must have good fundamental knowledge about international trade general practices, rules and procedures related to sea & air shipments, banking procedures and instruments of different forms and about all the documentation and certifications involved international trade for garments.
3. Very good spoken and written English capability
4. Proficiency in common office software and instruments.
5. The candidate should be earnest and with a high sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.
