Job Description：
工作描述：
1. System operation such as CIQ‘s system to make shipment deliver to customer in expedited way.
能熟练的操作CIQ的系统，使货物及时送到客户手上。
2. Involve in daily warehouse in and out operation.
仓库进出货的日常安排。
3. Follow up some special project and major account operation to ensure smooth operation.
确保一些特殊的项目和主要客户的的运作畅顺。
4. Local payment check and settle up with some major account.
检查每月所产生的费用，以及完成主要客户的结算。
5. Coordinate with agents，customs，quarantine department for problem solution and service improvement.
配合代理解决，报关和检疫的一些问题。
6. Communicate with customer to get necessary information and clearance document.
与客户沟通，以获得必要的信息和清关文件。
7. Communicate with warehouse customer for local overdue payment.
与逾期付款的当地客户沟通。
Competence Required：
任职要求：
1. College graduate.
大专毕业。
2. At least 2 years warehouse experience.
至少2年的仓库工作经验。
3. Familiar in CIQ system operation.
熟练掌握CIQ的操作。
4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
能用英文听说读写。
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
有良好的沟通能力。
6. High responsibility.
有高度的责任感。
7. Strong team player.
较强的团队组织能力。
8. Master in office software such as Excel，Word，Powerpoint.
熟练掌握Office，如Excel，Word，Powerpoint. Managing and streamlining the daily operations to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
Monitoring the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse
Establishing and maintain a generic standard for warehouse operation
Monitor staff productivity levels
Evaluating and review the existing warehouse operation
Lead and coordinate a team on logistics，custom，warehousing，inventory control，packing and related issues
Establishing and designing the best warehouse solution to customers
Requirements：
University degree or above
At least 5 years experience in warehouse operations
At least 2 years in supervision position
Experience in air freight，ocean freight and 3PL logistics solution will be a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in working WMS like SAP，Oracle，CamStar etc.
Ability to work under pressure and overtime
Excellent in written，reading and spoken English（CET6）
