职位描述:
Assist Department Head to manage duties including but not limited to:
1) Lead and drive raw material supply management team in China to ensure operational excellence
2) Design and develop best suited sourcing strategy and supplier matrix for the company at different stage of development period
3) Close monitoring of localization project for pharmaceutical ingredient
4) Develop strategic supply partners by managing collaborative projects for the purpose to maximize supply chain efficiency
5) Manage risk management project to ensure continuous raw material supply to the factory
6) Identify cost saving opportunity from contribution of material sourcing strategy
7) Lead team members to strengthen and maintain strong working relationship with key suppliers.
8) Purchase contract management
9) Measure and manage supplier performance in compliance with company evaluation system
10) Be sensitive to react fast to unexpected issue occurred in pharmaceutical, health and beauty industry Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree with major preferably in Chemistry or Pharmacology
2) 8 years or above related experience of which at least 3 years at management level in manufacturing environment
3) Strong experience in either sourcing or research & development for pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic product/ingredient
4) Good knowledge of GMP and ISO system
5) Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skill with ability to communicate effectively with different cultures
6) Proficiency in MS Office
7) Excellent in verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese
8) Station in Guangzhou Office with travel
