KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Materials Control Manager will have primary responsibility for production，purchasing，shipping and receivingThe incumbent has close contact with the production supervisors in regards to production and shipping schedulesThe Materials Control Supervisor，Shipping Supervisor and Receiving personnel report directly to the Materials Control Manager.In the absence of the Materials Control Manager，the Materials Control Supervisor will supervise these areas.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Provide a production inventory/production forecast which is an estimate of the volume the plant will ship and have in inventory per month.
Communicate with order entry to maintain order accuracy.
Manage the Purchasing staff and coordinate all productive and non-productive procurement.
Develop plant-operating policies to insure inventory accuracy without reliance on counting.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor degree（Operations or Business preferred），
plus a minimum of one year in manufacturing，corporate administration，engineering，or equivalent.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Must have knowledge of the theory of MRP and be able to read and understand blueprints.
APICS certifications or course completion is desirable.
Understanding of SPC and TS＆ISO standards.
