职位描述:
Inside sales is responsible for all sales activities that take place inside the company until an order is received and the project is opened.Once the project is opened,all work is transferred to customer service.Inside sales proactively sells,upsells&X-sells UL services.Sales Support Activities including serving as a contact for customer quoting/orders via email,telephone and web portal.Responsible for quoting,using standardized pricing tools,and booking orders.Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of service requests.
1.Sending quotes,X-Selling and up selling
2.Willing to outgoing to visit customer
3.Follow-up of sent quotes and turn them into orders
4.Partly to cold calling prospects to win new customers
5.Contacting customers proactively to win new orders
6.Entering the orders in Oracle&sending the information to Customer Service
7.Responsible for quoting,using standardized pricing tools,and booking orders
8.Communicates with customers to assist in the completion of service requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.University degree in Engineering,Business Administration or related discipline with 5 years related experience.
2.Proficiency in web based applications,Oracle order entry and others as specified.
3.Writing English skill is a must and Speaking English is more preferable.
4.Possess strong communication skills,data entry skills,multi-tasking,and ability to work independently and accurately.
5.To communicate effectively with customers to achieve specified goals and objectives.
6.To be able to negotiate outcomes and work effectively with a diverse team.
7.Demonstrated Customer Focus with advance data entry skills and issue resolution.
