Main Responsibilities:
Marketing
-Implement the marketing strategy of the MU in his or her customer group
-Ensure flow of information into Sales&Distribution Management level on:
-Technical market developments and trends
-Product developments and trends
-Activities of competitors
-Foreseeable business risks
-Communicate market requirements to next level
-Establish customer or customer group development plan Sales&Customer care
-Acquire new customers
-Write call reports(ADIS)
-Build and cultivate customer relations,handle technical and commercial support
-Identify,initiate,develop and support new applications and business
-Support interface between customer and Business Development
-Deal with complaints as interface between RSC,BD and Customer
-Give feedback to customer(intermediate and final notes)on complains and inquiries
Budget&Controls
-Provide input in operational planning i.e sales revenue and volume targets per customer and-product under annual planning
-Implement agreed targets Actual/target comparisons under business monitoring
-Design and propose corrective measures to next level if there are substantial differences from the targets
-Responsibility for monitoring outstanding receivables and credit limits
-Inform next level about credit standing and risks;assess ability to pay(possibly stop deliveries)
Qualification&Requirements:
-Technical and/or commercial training,with degree from a university or technical college
-Languages:Chinese,English
-sociable and communicative
-team spirit
-Openness to change.
-reliable
-obliging manner
-Negotiating skills
-Highly self-motivated(could works independently at home office)
-Accept and can work under high pressure
-Experience in adhesive industry is a plus.
