Brief description of responsibilities
- 制定货源策略，识别和开发潜在供应商To define sourcing strategy, identify and develop potential suppliers.
- 与工程部紧密合作开发新产品或认可新货源 Work closely with engineering to develop and approve new source or product.
- 主持商务谈判以达到公司的采购成本目标To lead the commercial negotiation with suppliers to hit the cost target.
- 管理并支持采购工程师完成公司的采购战略 Support and manage purchasing engineer to ensure company sourcing strategy.
- 全面管理供应商，维护产能、保证供货，对其进行业绩评估并实施相应改进 To manage suppliers for capacity and delivery. Carry out performance measurement and take action for improvement as necessary.
- 与供应商建立合作伙伴关系来保证成本、质量、交付 Establish supplier partner in all aspects of cost, quality, delivery and relationships.
- 与生产及物流部门建立并保持跨部门的合作关系Establish and maintain cross-functional linkage with manufacture and logistics.
- 风险及符合性管理 Risk and compliance management such S-OX.
- 建立有效的采购系统 Establish effective and robust purchasing systems.

- 供应商质量改进及采购经验，熟悉QS9000及ISO/TS 16949 SQIE and purchasing experience is required. Know well QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949.
- 熟悉Microsoft 办公软件，了解ERP 系统 IT skills in Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes are required. Familiar with ERP system.
- 良好的英语口语及写作能力 Excellent English both in verbal and written.
- 2年以上项目管理经验 More than 2 years experiences in project management.
Experience
- 大学本科或以上学历，工程背景，主修机械、汽车或相关专业 Bachelor or above degree. Engineering background .Major in Mechanical / Automobile or related is preferred.
- 5年以上汽车零部件行业工作背景，外资企业及主管经历优先 At least 5 years experiences in automotive industry. Foreign company and supervisor experience are preferred.
