职位描述:
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Managing Director for the future growth of the business and grasp the opportunity to further develop business and sourcing for more reliable supplier base;
Follow up performance and reviews regularly to reaching objectives; Source and build vendor partnership to support the growing business;
Source, evaluate and analyses and train suppliers to meet the demands and compliance to the whole supplier chain. Secure the capacity for XXX needs;
Provide good representation of the Company Policy, Codes of Practice and General Delivery Instructions to both internal and external contacts;
Ensure all team members are aligned with Global Sourcing and follows up closely with the Brands and to ensure that the 3 parties are aligned;
Provide Merchandising team with clear direction and keeps the group focused on the task. Motivates, coaches and empowers team members. Bring together co-workers for effective teamwork and be a good team player RequirementsHigher diploma or Degree holder in relating
Disciplines;
At least 10 years experience in apparel business with strong knowledge in sweater and woven, of which 5 years in managerial role; Experience in working in international business environment;
Possesses strong managerial skills, communications skills and is a team player;
Able to perform under pressure and is result oriented;
Good organizational and negotiations skills;
Fluent in verbal and written English.
