Set up a holistic inbound logistics strategy,concept and solutions
建立入厂物流整体策略、概念及解决方案
Implement new logistics concepts and solutions into operations which fit for FCK and company
引入适合公司及滁州工厂入厂物流的全新理念和解决方案
Achieve daily operative targets relevant to inbound logistics(such as on-time delivery to line,stock accuracy,productivity,5S,etc.,)
确保入厂物流日常运作目标的达成(如生产线及时送达、库存准确度、生产力、5S等)
Training,coaching,development of staff
负责部门员工的培训、指导和职业发展

Qualifications资格要求：
>5 years working experiences in logistics or supply chain management
5年以上物流管理或供应链管理相关工作经验
>3 years in management position
3年以上团队管理经验
University or above,supply chain,logistics is preferred
本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理专业优先
Experiences with ERP system(Material management,warehouse management)
熟悉ERP系统(材料管理、仓库管理)
Competence in communication and cooperation
较强的沟通和协调能力
Analytical and decision making competence
分析及决策能力
Intercultural competence
跨文化能力
Very good English skills 良好的英语技能
Note:This role is based in Chuzhou city of Anhui province!
