Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise purchasing and custom operations in accordance with ISO9002 and Hi-p expectations.
2. Develop and train all the purchasing personnels to achieve the highest standard of work productivity and work ethics.
3. Support planner to control material inventory and ensure the integrity of every buyer in selecting vendor.
4. Manage the custom documentation process.
5. Identify potential problems that may affect delivery performance.
6. Cost management in term of overtime and inventory control.
7. Organize material purchasing team to work together, divide labour and assign work responsibilities properly.
8. Be responsible for supplier management such as supplier selection, evaluation and periodic audit.
9. Work with finance to ensure material payments are carried out on time.
10. Improve process flow and establish policy to maximize working efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing team.
11. Deliver purchasing report and statistics.
