As the leader of the Shimo Company in Hangzhou you are responsible to implement a business concept, inline development and strategy implementation. Your task will be next to the creation of a local team, building a customer base and establishing turnover within global markets. A strong assortment, an experienced back office, a targeted customer base and the latest marketing tools will support this. Building up the company will be your job. In this highly independent role you report directly to the shareholders. Education level; University or equivalent due to experience Not less than 10 years experience in export related business from which the last 4 in a management position.

You should have a proven track record in following fields in a multi-national environment: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Merchandising, Logistics and HR
