职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1.Support China Sales team & China customer service team to fulfill customer's request;
2.Place the purchase order manually in SAP for non-SAP supplier, get and update the promise in SAP timely;
3.Communicate with suppliers to expedite the promise and keep the shipment arrive in time;
4.Communicate with suppliers to do some revision per CSR's request;
5.Work with logistics to solve the receiving discrepancy, raise GQTS if necessary, and keep tracking until GQTS is closed;
6.Support team to make analysis when necessary.
Requirements:
1.Understanding of purchasing process from supplier and receiving into warehouse (i.e, lead time and promised date confirmation ect.);
2.Basic operational knowledge of a warehouse (i.e, purchase, inventory control, pick, pack, ship);
3.Fundamental computer skills;
4.ERP system usage.
