Main Missions:
Ensure customer satisfaction Supervise day to day activities Anticipate customer requirements
Maintain good relationships with customers Manager the launch of new programs within the plant
Lead the logistics team and set the objectives
Ensure staffing, training and development of team members
Monitor logistics process
Supervise day to day activities
Prepare and propose the Sales and Operations Plan to the plant Management Committee
Assure the responsibility of the Master Scheduling Plan with Production managers
Improve suppliers and logistics partners performance and relationships
Monitor logistics performance
Build and meet the budget
Ensure the reporting of plant logistics performance and plant logistics action plan
Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions
Organise improvement projects
Assess and report performance of these projects
Issuing logistics procedure and working instruction
Optimize logistic flow

Qualification:
5 years working experience in production control and warehouse function
3 years working experience in management position
automotive industry is preferred
bachelor or above degree
good English ability, both in oral and listening
