职位描述:
为世界500强外资工厂代招：
Responsibility:
1. Make the section mission and working plan and manage the in hand resources involved the related resources to improve the production performance by close cooperation with related department.
2. Analyzes manufacturing requirements, prepares labor source, and distributes work assignments as order priorities.
3. Arrange production and guarantee production quality, timing and optimize efficiency to reach company object.
4. Coordinates with related departments to resolves problems and optimize production process as PS requirements.
5. Audits processes, operation procedures, products quality and guarantee safe & health working environment for compliance with defined requirements.
6. Establishes and maintain work performance measurement and report system to present work results and indicate improvement direction.
7. Maintains job results and team-member development through training, coaching, communicating, appraising and disciplining employees, especially increase basic leaders management competency.
8. Enhance team building and motivates people to involve in improvement teams activities.
9. Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.
Requirement:
1.Above 30 years old
2.Bachelor degree, major in engineering is ideal
3.Above 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant and 3 years production management experience.
4.Fluent spoken and written English
5.Strong leadership and management skills
