Responsibilities
1.Manage new project openings/requests，and team ramp-up
2.Internal resource management
3.Quality control of section delivery
4.Budget and cost control of section
Qualification
1.Above 5 years of R＆D project experiences
2.Good knowledge on mobile network and services
3.Familiar with mobile SW development lifecycle is a plus
4.At least 3 years of project management experiences
5.Good understanding on KPI control（KPI setting，tracking，analysis and improving）
6.Good understanding on quality management（process setup，execution，and audit）
7.Proven people management experiences within project team（coach，motivate and manage people）
8.Excellent team work and coordination skills
9.Good English oral/written skills
