职位描述:
THE QM's job is to
1.implement quality system in the company
2.operational and service auditing at regular basis
3.organize and develop operation/service improvement plan together with respective BU
4.provide quality training to middle and lower level staff
The qualification has to be
1、Deep understanding and experience in quality management and quality system implementation(ISO,TQM)
2、Preferably has been quality manager before
3、6-Sigma black-belt would be highly appreciated
4、Ability to manage and communicate at all level in cross-functional team
5、Efficient communicator with strong analytical and critical thinking
6、Energetic and enthusiastic in quality approach
7、At least 3 years working experience in Quality Management post(for manager grade)
8、At least 5 years working experience(for manager grad)
