职位描述:
Job ContentManage TICD inbound/outbound logistics, import/export, docks and stockrooms
1) Optimize logistics efficiency and cycle time, with focus on EPZ & CTU Customs processes
2) Work closely with Operation, Buyers, Finance, Brokers, Forwarders, Vendors, Planning, Receiving Dock, Shipping, and Customs officials to fully support Manufacturing Operations, in particular for urgent matters
3) Drive for continuous reductions in logistics costs based on the budget plan
4) Manage and grow the Logistics team members( training, job rotation, , , etc )
5) Participate in TI's Global Supply Chain Logistics team efforts.
Request:
1. Master, Major in business
2. At least 10 years experience
Skills / Certifications:
1) English Certification passed CET6( College English Test ) if he/she is a Chinese.
2) English Reading, Speaking and Listening to be fluent
3) Fluent in Office of Microsoft ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint...Etc )
Desired Competencies:
1) Must have strong communication and presentation skills with people at all levels of the organization
2) Must be fluent in Chengdu Native language to communicate with government officials
3) Prior experience as a Broker, Logistics, Customs or Enterprise logistics managers is preferred.
4) Must be familiar with logistics and Customs flow, procedure, regulation and policy, especially for Export Processing Zone and Free Trade Area
5) Should be familiar with related Import/Export regulations for Equipment, Material and parts, especially for used parts and Export Control parts from USA, Japan, Taiwan and Europe...Etc
Others:
1) Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing would be nice.
2) Unwavering ethical attitude
