职位描述:
Job Responsibility:
1.Work with SQA,Engineering dept to search and maintain a good vendor base for Molex.
2.Regularly review with sourcing engineers about the ZGQS,sample status to make sure on time delivery of sample and on time completion of ZGQS.
3.Lead and manage the team of sourcing engineers to ensure timely possession of material information for product development and sample approval.
4.Co-ordinate with SQA dept.and engineering dept to identify the potential constraint and risk to realize pr-defined material plan to expedite the FAI process
5.Continuously drive the MP cost down with purchasing manager,and drive second source or finding alternative parts to keep materials cost at a competitive level.
6.Optimize the vendor base and sourcing procedure.
Key Requirment:
1.University or above
2.Min.8 yrs experience in sourcing or related field and among which 5+yrs supervisory experience
3.Good communication skills and strong leadership,have good overall planning knowledge
4.Fluent in English
