1．Knowledge of Textile, Garment construction. And good fashion sense.
2．Knowledge of production processes
3．Fluent English in Written and Spoken, especially in written.
4．Good communication skills to liaison overseas buyers, factories and QC.
5．Strong negotiation skill with factories of price, quality, delivery etc.
6．Pay attention to detail
7．Assist Merchandiser to Maintain timeline from product development to bulk production. Make sure delivery is on time.
8．1 year assistant merchandiser working experience in Fashion industry is preferable.
