Main Responsibilities:1.Commodity management Study and understand component manufacturing process, cost structure/breakdownSupply market survey, feasibility study, especially on Electrical & Electronic commodities, such as Cable &wire harness and keypad2. Supplier managementDevelop local supplier base to meet business requirement by working the complete process from RFI,RFP, RFQ, Sampling, Supplier qualification, material qualification, till supplier approval. Support SQE to conduct supplier audit, and daily quality management. Manage Oversea suppliers to meet OTD, quality, cost requirement. Supplier relationship management for good service, quality, and on time delivery. Manage and negotiate the contract with suppliers 3. Project management Work as project coordinator/leader in sourcing team for new product transfer, including to set-up and implementation of direct ordering plan and localization plan Support the new project transfer on time 4. Cost reduction Achieve PPV saving by localization, year over year cost reduction, negotiation, bidding, value engineering/analysis, supplier process analysis, etc. 5. Internal/external communication Team work with internal department like QA, SQE, Planning, Engineering, Production, etc to support localization. Work with external like oversea site, supplier, lab, etc. for better support.Job requirements:·Bachelor degree/ majored in engineering or business related·About 5 years, medical device company preferred·Supplier relationship management, project management experience is plus·Support new product transfer project·Cost analysis, bidding, and negotiation·Process analysis, ·ISO13485 internal auditor is plus·Good written and speaking English ·MS office·Work independently
