Logistics Manager/Supervisor物流经理/主管
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to establish a new local manufacturing location with respect to logistics matters in cooperation with logistics planners from the business divisions,Central Logistics,Production Planning,Facilities Planning,Purchasing and Controlling
2. Develop and establish logistics know-how for local JIS processes,local logistics equipment and the application of logistics service providers;
3. Maintain and control the inventory to support the production plan and the customer requirements.
4. Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast,schedule,and control the flow of materials.
5. Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
6. Schedule future raw material and tooling requirements
7. Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers
8. Manage the Shipping and Receiving function,including the Import and Export function.
9. Support cost reduction programs that reduce internal costs and vendor costs.
10. Assist Sourcing to keep strategic relations with the key vendors.
11. Control the Logistic functions for high customer satisfaction and minimum cost
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree and above is needed;
2. At least five Years logistics working experience with three years in automotive industry;
3. Leading personality with service-minded attitude and strong communication skills,and good team spirit;
4. Good at motivation,persuasiveness;
5. Experience with ERP or MRP is preferred;
6. Good command of oral and written English;
7. Logistics/Supply chain reference Knowledge;
8. Inventory Control knowledge and fundamental business knowledge
