Requirements： With the engineering or QA engineering experience of Hybrid and PCBA products for at least 10 years. Engineering background is required. At least 5 years experience as the QA department manager. With good experience of handling customer complaint and writing 8D report. Ability to lead new product transfer and set up production quality control system. Familiar with the process control of SMT PCB Assembly, Ceramic Substrates Thick Film Printing, Laser Trim, Die Mount, Wire Bond, Encapsulation, and Hybrid/PCBA module testing. ESD, MSD (moisture sensitive device) and clean room control experience are required. Familiar with electronic components engineering, reliability testing, components and product failure analysis. Familiar and with the practical experience of implementing APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DOE, Quality Control Plan, Standardization, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement successfully. Familiar with TS16949 Quality System and have the confidence to drive the Zero Defects quality system is a must. Has the experience of handing automotive customer is preferable. Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 Quality System is preferable. Familiar with RF engineering is preferable. Good command of English. Good communication skill. Good leadership to set up a self directed team
