外贸销售经理

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales and Market Development
Implementing regional market proposals to enhance company and brand recognition; Defining and discovering potential customers through various sales tools to realize the sales goal and market share growth of the company

2. Sales and Market Promotion
Making market promotion proposal according to the regional customer needs and consuming characteristics; Coordinating and implementing the market promotion proposal of Operating Director; Collecting and assessing statistics concerning the result and effect of market promotion

3. Sales Target Achievement
Making sales plan on target market and making regular sales calls/visits to develop professional relationship and follow up on needs with the aim to close deals and finalize contracts; Screening target clients, promoting according to the exact needs of the specific customers

4. Customer Management
Maintain direct contact with customers' key personnel to trace customer needs on consumption analysis, product/ service performance, technical services; Maintaining good communication channel with customers through various communication and sales techniques; Handling progressively larger accounts as main sales contact and serve as secondary contact at large accounts to gain knowledge on these accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, International Trading, English or other International Business Relative Major
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years Sales or Marketing Experience in Fashion Industry, with one Year Channel Management Experience in Trading Company is Preferred
3. Knowledge and Skills:
1). Good Personality and Interpersonal Commercial Skills
2). Good English Communication Skills, Proficiency in both Oral and Written English, CET6 or Above
3). Familiar with Trading Process and International Business Management
4). Good Sense of Fashion and Business Trends

职责要求:
1)市场开发:实施所负责区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案,促进公司及产品品牌的提升;了解客户需求动态,挖掘潜在客户,并对客户开发情况进行跟踪,以实现公司市场占有率不断增长的目标。
2)市场推广:针对所负责销售区域特点,提出市场推广建议,负责协调和参与本销售区域内推广活动的实施,并收集推广效果方面的数据,为评价与调整市场推广活动提供支持。
3)销售目标的完成: 制订所负责目标市场的销售计划,筛选所负责目标市场中各产品的目标客户,了解需求,展开市场推广活动和促销活动,协调内外资源以实现销售,确保销售目标完成。
4)客户关系管理:及时了解客户需求,通过产品推广与促销、邀请参访展会等销售策略,与客户保持畅通的沟通渠道;及时协助处理客户咨询、异议和投诉,以满足业务长远发展的需要;

任职条件:
1、教育背景:贸易、经济管理、市场营销等相关专业,本科学历。
2、工作经验:3年以上贸易行业经验,外贸服装(女装)行业优先。1年以上渠道销售管理经验优先。
3、知识/技能:
(1)具备开发和拓展国际贸易客户的业务知识和能力;
(2)(大学英语6级或专业英语4级以上)熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力,能独立和外国客户沟通;
(3)熟悉公司核心产品的发展趋势、产品特点、竞争策略及竞争对手产品的优劣势,拓展新市场和新销售渠道
(4)熟悉外贸出口流程,掌握订单流程与商务管理业务知识、货款回收
