职责：
1.善于正确地理解经销商和客户的要求, 并对他们的询问提供简明正确的回答.
2.快速恰当地处理经销商与客户的投诉, 同时汇报部门主管以得到其指导.
3.帮助经销商和客户获得他们需要的基本的业务材料和信息.
4.协助部门主管保持舒适清洁的店铺环境.
5.部门主管要求的其他工作.
要求：
1.大专学历, 营销/商业管理或相关专业.
2.1年以上跨国直销公司的客服经验.
3.良好的沟通交际能力.
4.良好的耐心.
5.良好的解决问题的能力.
6.熟悉电脑操作.
7.有HR相关工作经验者优先.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To well and truly understand the demands from distributors and customers and provide brief and correct answers on their any inquiry.
2.To quickly and appropriately handle the complaints from the distributors and customers. At the same time, to report to department head to get the advice.
3.To assist distributors and customers to settle and provide basic business materials and information they need.
4.To assist the department head in keeping a clean and comfortable shop environment.
5To complete other jobs assigned by the department head from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.College graduate in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent disciplines.
2.Over 1 year working experience on customer service with multinational companies for direct selling or related industry. 3.Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability.
4.Good patience.
5.Good problem solving abilities.
6.Good Knowledge of PC software.
7.HR related experiences will be a plus.
