职位描述:
I.MAIN PURPOSE
To source and procure the required parts（both direct and in-direct material）to be available to meet the production plan demand in the terms of quality，delivery and cost.
II.MAIN RESPONSIBILITY：
1.Be responsible for obtaining commodities（both direct and in-direct material）。
2.Sourcing，qualifying and managing vendors to ensure the stable＆cost-efficient supplier base.
3.Coordinating purchasing activities with manufacturing，quality，warehouse，and UK headquarter to ensure the goods produced and shipped on-time in the best quality at best value.
4.Conduct vendor performance audit，review and management.
5.Cost benchmarking/analysis to realize company target of cost reduction
6.To lead/coordinate new project Launch-in，including quotation，material sampling＆sample approval to 1st trial build successfully＆timely.
7.To initiate new ideas for supply-chain efficiency improvement from purchasing vender management，material，planning，inventory control，parts supply，transportation etc.
III.QUALIFICATION：
1.Bachelor degree，on mechanical or engineering science or related fields is required.
2.Strong ability in sourcing，cost analysis，business negotiating skill.
3.At least 3 years working experience in purchasing.Familiar with metal stamping，turning/tapping，machining parts and solenoid materials will be priority.
4.Solid working experience in the field of solenoid is preferred and Experience of product development is a plus.
5.Good command of English.Fluent oral English is required.
6.Good attitude，willing to work hard under pressure.
7.Well communication skill and open-minded.
