职位描述:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing new supplier in China for assigned Value Centers on assigned commodity components
2.Work with new suppliers for RFQ and ensure technical,engineering and quality requirements areadequately defined and communicated to suppliers.
3.Knowledge-based negotiation on price,delivery,payment terms and contract requirements.
4.Issuing of Purchase Order in components approval phase and follow up with supplier for on timesample submission and approval status.5.Maintain and update the price and supplier master data in ERP system,ensure supply chain teamcould work correctly with supplier on assigned PN with right price and terms in future.
6.Cost saving analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
7.Audit and evaluate supplier quality system.
8.Coordinate parts inspection and qualification process.
9.Coordinate corrective actions,continuous improvement;provide quality related training
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above,major in Mechanical,or Industrial or Manufacturing engineering
2.3-5 years'relevant working experience
3.Experience in sourcing and supplier management
4.Experience in supplier quality management,quality control and process control5.Strong negotiation,cooperation and communication skills6.Strong problem solving and project management skills
7.Fluency in English(reading,writing and speaking)
8.Good command of MS Office software,in particular in advanced excel.
9.Balanced and can work under pressure
10.Good analytical skills,attention to details,well organized
