Responsibility：
-Assists　in　cultivating　relations　with　3PL　to　ensure　that　our　needs，objectives　and　standards　are　met.
-Select　and　develop　people　through　effective　competency　development，new　hire　acclimation　and　coaching.
-Actively　participate　in　the　development　and　delivery　of　effective　training
-Evaluate，analyse　and　recommend　alternative　logistics　methods　in　order　to　optimize　Logistics　costs　and　improve　overall　efficiency.
-Identify　sources　of　problems　related　to　logistics　management　and　take　immediate　actions　to　ensure　supply　chain　process　continuity.
-Assists　in　managing　the　physical　flow　of　products　through　the　effective　use　of　labor　and　available　systems
-Responsible　for　timely　delivery　to　Customers.
-Assists　in　establish　and　track　KPI‘s（OTD，Inventory　Accuracy，Product　Damage，Warehouse　Waste，Warehouse　Capacity，Picking　Accuracy）
-Continuously　improve　the　on-time　delivery　and　control　distribution　cost　through　optimizing　the　truck　loading　and　other　methods.
-Assists　in　compliance　to　logistics　procurement　process（bidding）to　ensure　the　selection　of　the　best　3PL　at　the　lowest　cost.
-Works　with　warehouse　owners　to　ensure　that　warehouse　staff　complies　with　and　adheres　to　GMP　and　local　safety　measures，fire　regulations，hygienic　and　property-safety　regulations，policies　and　procedures　in　order　to　ensure　safe　working　conditions.
-Works　with　Logistics　Manager　to　conduct　warehouse　auditing.
-Works　closely　with　Inventory　Group　maintain　an　optimum　inventory　level.

Requirement：
-College　degree　in　Management，materials　handling　or　engineering
-At　least　four　years　experience　in　warehouse　and　transportation
-Reasonable　Capable　in　English（read，writes＆speak）
