职位描述:

Key Responsibility:
1.Responsible for data center solution sales of Finance/IT Cluster in South/North China.
2.To lead all sales activity to achieve revenue targets across multiple products/Business Units for data center business with multiple business model.Manage cross functional activities&departments to achieve business results and plan,organize,direct and control long and short-term objectives that have been established to complete specific goals and objectives.
3.To Develop and communicate one Schneider brand values in front of customer/end user directly.Develop brand experiences through holistic management and development of Schneider’s corporate and brand identity,logos etc and their standardized visual,audio,other sensory elements.
4.Be Responsible for creating and cascading implemental plans to ensure future business success.Competence to develop new markets and potential business opportunities.Design&implement planning practices and provide thorough executive analyses and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
5.To ensure that programs and projects achieve their targets with profitable value,keep their schedule and maintain estimated cost within planned scope.Ensure that customer/end user satisfaction is met with agreed level of quality
6.Management skill and communication skill is needed,strong technical background and experience of solution selling in data center business or related industry is necessary,well coordination and team work will be key characters.
Qualification&Requirements:
1.Four year degree in general education
2.Minimum four years experience in an data center solution sales role
3.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services,This includes needs assesment,meeting quality standards for services,and evaluation of customer satisfaction
4.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning,resource allocation,and coordination of people and resources
5.2-3 times one month for travel
