Qualification:-University graduate with at least 3 years in Supply Chain or Contract Logistics field-Major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.-Solid experience in supply chain management or logistics operations-Experience on Shipment Consolidation/Distribution-Good concept on supply chain including PO management/PO Tracking/Inventory Management-Experience on measuring KPI performance of vendors,warehousing and freight forwarding-With commitment,sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and share.-Experience on Supply Chain Control Tower operation will be a definite advantage-Able to provide suggestions to logistics/freight operations for improvement-High team spirit.-Passion and drive to serve clients and to develop new services with creativity and innovation.-High initiative and independence.-Result-oriented and good project management skill-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent written and spoken English.-Good command of computer skills including Excel,SCM,Freight system,WMS or ERP.-Able to work in Shanghai,Ningbo or Shenzhen.Responsibilities:-To study clients’supply chain requirement and SOP and support implementation of PO Management,PO Tracking,vendor management&warehousing services in different branches-To monitor and follow up FCL/LCL shipment activities of the entire supply chain on behalf of our clients-To coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery-To coordinate with freight&warehouse operations to ensure quality operations-To review KPI performance with operation teams and drive for continuous improvements on data accuracy,shipment on-time,effectiveness,container utilization,inventory accuracy and other KPI results-To handle PO and operation exceptions-To capture&maintain issues and drive for corrective&preventive actions-To ensure effective communication with external&internal parties,to have best practice shared with others.-To ensure full cooperation and support among team members,external&internal parties-To keep development of customer service consciousness and service level-To constantly optimize our process and deliver business results as per agreed objectives.-To develop and increase the commercial awareness and achieve the business target together with team members.-To be prepared and pro-actively to take more responsibility for further personal development.
