Consultant 猎头顾问Job Description：The consultant will be a team leader role，responsible for team achievement，he need to manage business developing，team management，project management.
Responsibilities：？Business developmentIndustry research，target client selection，contract negotiation，assignment selection；？Team Management：Recruiting，training and direct the team member.Responsible for team achievement；？Project Management：Analyzing and studying client requirements and job descriptions；？Direct AC and Researcher to finish the searching project；Identifying，searching，selecting and interviewing candidates according to clients‘requirements；Presenting and recommending the candidates to the client（verbal and written）；Maintaining and expanding relationship with potential candidates
Requirements：？Strong and clear focus on the execution of search assignments；？Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality；？At least 4 years of related work experience；？Excellent written and spoken English；？Strong affinity and understanding for industries；？Honesty and loyalty；
