职位描述:

工作职责:
-通过拜访经销及分销商客户推广及销售公司产品(包括整机及附件)。获得并跟进客户订单。发展新客户并提升本区域的经销网络
-安排出差计划、工作报告及费用管理。研究相关的销售资料,为销售会议及客户展示准备小型的演示方案
-分析销售数字及经销情况
-与各部门保持沟通协作。跟进订单的付款
-帮助客户(经销商及用户)解决各种问题,包括物流、售后服务、产品质量等
-通过分销商或用户会议等合适的推广方式帮助客户销售公司产品
-参加产品或其它培训,参加全国及区域级会议,参加各类博览会、路演、研讨会及展示会
-独立在本区域处理小规模销售项目

任职要求:
-大专以上学历,市场营销、贸易、机械制造等相关专业优先考虑
-3年以上产品销售、渠道及经销商管理及开发经验,电动工具行业优先考虑
-具备自我管理的意识及独立开展工作的能力,能适应经常出差
-具备良好的沟通、组织及管理技能,具备团队合作精神
-善于发现、分析并解决问题,具备系统性思维
-具备较好的英语实际应用能力,大学六级或同等水平优先考虑

Responsibilities:
-Visit customers (direct customers and sub-dealers) to promote and sell tools and accessories. Take and follow up orders. -Develop new customers and improve local distribution network.
-Travel planning, reporting, and expense claims. Studying of relevant sales. documents, preparation of small presentations for sales meetings and customer presentations.
- Analyzing sales figures and distribution.
-Communication with relevant departments. Follow up payments.
-Help customers (dealers/ users) to solve all kinds of problems such as logistics, after sales, quality and others.
-Help customers to sell through Bosch products by organizing sub-dealer and user seminars as well as other suitable promotion measures.
-Participation in product and other trainings, in regional sales meetings as well as in national conferences. Participation in fairs, road shows, seminars, and exhibitions.
-Handle small sales projects for the sales region independently.

Requirements:
-Associate degree or above, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business, Trade, Mechanics, etc.
-3 years or above experience in products sales, distribution and dealer management and development; preferably in power tool industry
-Sense of self-discipline, ability to work independently, accepting frequent business trips
-Good communication, organization and managerial skills, team spirit
-Problem-solution orientation and structural thinking
-Good English skills (written/oral), preferably CET 6 or above
