ResponsibilitiesMaterial availability for builds and ramp-upsMaterial capacity for mass production，verify that suppliers have the capacity as plannedOn time ramp ups from material point of viewPC process milestones and material requirements and reviewFollow up the drawing versions of the each component in a project，as part of BoM（typically updates that has to be communicated with suppliers，project other stakeholders so that everyone is talking about the same version）Coordinates version changes to all the project suppliers and communicates the updated BoM versions within the project team.Supplier Quality management and plans with Quality teams and Global SourcingWorking as a part of Project team and closely with Sourcing Managers，Plant Buyers，Quality teamsSupplier base management in the programSupply chain risk managementMPL representative in customer meetingsMaintain the list of critical components
Requirements Strong negotiation skillsExperience in contract negotiations，Proven project management experienceGood technical background，Highest result orientation，Capability to organize and follow up multiple issues at the same timeExcellent communication skills to lead cross function teams and align strategies with all internal partnersFluent written and spoken English Mobile Phone industrial experience expected.
