Assist Financial Manager in developing, reviewing, and maintaining the standard cost system and transfer price, including establishing annual standard labor and overhead rates for each manufacturing process/product lines, and reviewing and improving the allocation methodology.2. Collect information needed from various departments and review bills of materials for accuracy.3. Review and analyze manufacturing variance accounts each month and prepare reconciliation reports.4. Reconcile and analyze purchase Price Variance accounts and other manufacturing variance accounts monthly.5. Monitor inventory levels for negative quantities and errors; review slow moving and no activity reports for potential write offs; and ensure un-salable and discontinued items are disposed of, written off or reserved for as appropriate.; 6. Responsible for the annual physical inventory activities.7. Compile cost data for preparation of annual Operating Planning 8. ad-hoc assignment as needed.
