Translator 翻译员 Main Responsibilities:
-Communicate information between the English and Chinese colleagues about the related topics in the daily work
-Interpret for foreign directors with local colleagues government,clients and partners,etc.
-Interpreter for internal meeting,such as management team meeting,conference,workshop,etc
-To schedule the interpretation and translation tasks based on the operation needs
-Make other English translation task on request Requirements:
-3 years of related interpretation experiences
-Fluent in speaking,listening and writing English
-Good Chinese expression
-Strong computer and software abilities
-Power user on MS Windows,Word and Excel
-Hardworking,be able to work under pressure
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Exposure to Real Estate Industry will be a plus Education：
Minimum Bachelor degree on English oriented major
TEM-8,intermediate Interpretation is preferred

-为英中同事间的日常沟通做口译
-为外籍管理人员与中国同事政府、客户和合作伙伴之间的沟通做口译
-为公司内部会议、讨论做口译
-公司需要时的口译和翻译工作
-必要时的其他翻译工作职位要求：
-三年以上相关口译经验
-卓越的英语听说读写能力
-良好的中文表达能力
-杰出的电脑和软件技能
-熟练掌握Windows,Word和Excel
-踏实、勤奋，能适应在压力下工作
-突出的人际沟通技巧
-有房地产领域相关工作经验者优先教育：
英语相关专业本科以上学历
具有专业八级，中级口译资格优先
