主要职责
1. 理解并实现客户软件需求
2. 按时并且优质的完成软件开发任务
3. 遵守公司的政策，流程及标准
4. 按照既定需求来维护及改进应用系统关键要求
5. 带领团队完成项目
关键要求
1. 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2.1年以上大机软件开发经验，（TL需要5年以上的开发经验，1年以上的项目管理经验）
3. 熟悉COBOL，JCL，CICS 和dB2开发
4. 有银行或金融行业经验者优先
5. 能承受一定的工作压力
6. 富有团队合作精神，工作积极主动
7. 良好的中英文沟通能力
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables
2. Building best-of-breed applications and software per-specification and on-time delivery of identified work-products
3. Ensuring compliance to corporate policies，processes and standards
4. Maintaining and enhancing applications and software per specific client-contractual norms
5. Lead a testing team to complete projects（Team Leader Required）
Key Requirements
1. Atleast Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related
2.1-8 years experience in Mainframe project development（TL required 5＋years experience in Mainframe project development and 1＋yeas‘Mainframe management experience）
3. Skillful in COBOL，JCL，CICS and dB2
4. Banking domain knowledge is a plus
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. A team player and self-starter
7. Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken
