JOB TITLE: SUBCONTRACT ENGINEER (HOME OFFICE BASIS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Support Legal/Subcontract Manager on management work;
2 Preparing bidding documents for selection of Engineering Contractor;
3 Lead and organize bid clarification meeting;
4 Prepare commercial and technical bid evaluation Report, Tender Recommendation Report;
5 Draft Letter of Intent and Engineering Service Contract;
6 Supervise and administer Engineering Service Contract
7 Assess and handle claim, variation, extra works and prepare detailed reports;
8 Organize and conduct commercial meetings and record meeting minutes;
9 Translation of Contract Documents;
10 Ensure all invoicing and applications are submitted in a timely manner;
11 Payment and accounting work;
12 Maintain and update Weekly Contract Dat.
