职位描述:

Commercial prospective
Organize visits to new but also old customers with the aim to present/refresh information about company capabilities and references and consequently to be considered for the next tender evaluation.
Monitor forecasted projects at customer side.
Develop offers.
Select potential tenders worth to be quoted considering the chance of success

Contract preparation
Prepare the market and customer oriented offer.Proceed of all necessary actions to collect the needed technical and commercial data in order to prepare the proper quotation.
Follow up of tenders and encouraging customers for intermediate techno-commercial meetings with the aim to convince the customer about our solution.Support ISO in obtaining an order intake amount over a geographic area by turning commercial offers into orders.
Participate on negotiation meetings and successful concluding to secure the order.

Contract management
Proceed of all necessary actions to dispatch the order within the unit Prepare the shipping documents.
Organize the test in the factory,the erection and commissioning staff at site.
Prepare the invoices and monitor the payments

Experience feedback
Contribute to feedback in experience through a systematic information flow.
Provide reliable information on competition’s price politics and strategies.
Increase the departments'awareness to the specific expectations of certain countries and/or clients.

Image promotion
Contribute to the reinforcement the Unit's public image through effective field presence.
Leads and motivates the network.
Promote the edges and specificity of the products.
Contribute in the organization of technical seminars.

Cash collection
Organize case reviews.
Monitor and control the profitability of the projects.
Ensure the proper filling of all contractual documents.Communicate the necessary instructions to all departments concerned by the billing.
Prepare the invoices,monitor their payments.

Tendering
To process correctly and expeditiously all enquiries transmitted by the management and input tender approval process.
To propose price levels in line with business objectives and acceptable contract conditions clearly incorporated and defined.
Propose solutions for a most effective use of plant resources.

Requirement:
Degree in Engineering or Sales&Marketing degree+3-year experience in industrial equipment sales or contract management
Knowledge of Terms and Conditions International trade
Team Player,organized,able to use initiative,analytic
Very good communication&presentation skills(oral&written)Risk analysis
Knowledge of the products sold by the PL and the Unit.
Good understanding of technical issues and constraints from the customer and the plant points of view.
