职位描述:
具体要求：
1. Negotiate with both local and international supplies and sub-contractors on pricing and lead time.
2. Procure raw materials, hardware, consumable and sub contract processes, from sources identified by the Primus International strategic sourcing team. Initiate purchase orders.
3. Be familiar with Company's ERP system, especially material planning model.
4. Comply with Company's purchasing policies and code of conduct
5. Schedule delivery, and establish accurate follow up, to ensure required raw materials arrive on time.
6. Conduct supplier performance analysis and, where necessary, work with them on process improvements.
7. Work closely with logistics to have a smooth transportation and custom declaration

1. Diploma holder, with major in material management or purchasing preferred. 3 years experience in buying production materials is required. Knowledge of machining or mechanical manufacturing processes is preferred
2. Familiarity with purchasing procedures
3. Prefer experience in western company or JV
4. Good writing and speaking of English is required
