Key Responsibilities/职责
Understands and upholds company’s mission and values.Discussing creative ideas with clients，creative，media or production departments.Present agency’s creative ideas to existing/potential clients and handle budgeting matters.Putting strategy and action plan decisions into action maintaining constant contact with clients.Possess excellent communication（written and oral），analytical，interpersonal and problem solving skills.Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous projects，involving cross-functional teams，with budget，schedule and resource constraints.Advanced negotiation，communication，requirements gathering，documentation，and organization skills with an outstanding attention to detail C Business and technical aptitude.Having website or software prototype writing experience is a plus.
Requirements/要求
A Bachelor’s degree or above is required.3 years experience in Digital Marketing and Communication Strategy，at least 1 years experience in Client Management Familiar with FMCG industry.Solid understanding of Client Relationship Management，Content Management，Analytics，Digital Marketing，eCommerce，Database Marketing，Relationship Marketing and Internet Technologies.Excellent interpersonal，written，and verbal communication skills.Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English language.
