Job Description – Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai / Shenzhen

- Previous sales experience – mandatory
selling services (Training, Consulting, IT services …) - highly recommended
- Introduction level understanding of major technologies and major technology vendors

Among today's IT industry to be able to conduct meaningful dialog with potential customers, perform relevant introduction related to their product and understand their requirements.
- Negotiation skills
- Preparation of business quotation, managing pipeline
- Good Presentation skills
- English – high level. Fluent speaking, reading level – mandatory.
- Chinese – fluent speaking and reading - mandatory

Job Description:
- Follow up new prospects and leads to develop business relationships with new customers.
- Ability to develop personal relationships.
- Self ability to find and engage key position within a corporate.
- Using business social network (Linked-In, Ushi, …)
- High awareness to customer service
- Customers definition:
Large scale corporate: SOE, MNC
- Manage a complete sales process:
Contacting prospects
Replying to incoming interested customers
Perform company introduction presentation (over the phone, F2F
Presentation)
Develop relationship with relevant decision makers (HR / Training managers, Technical managers).
Coordinate technical discussion and manage the process to define customer's requirements.

Generate outline proposal and business quotation
Price and Terms Negotiation
Contract sighing – if needed
Account management during the activity
Post sales and continues sales development
- Assist to other company activities such as marketing events for successful execution and communicating with all JBT customers.
- Participate in relevant industry events as company representative.
