1-Implements Group Sales Policy-Carries out daily follow-up with local customer sales-Contributes and facilitates relations between engineering office-customers-Mecaplast-Participates in sales operations such as technical presentations in agreement with Sales Management andProduct department-Detects new trends and industrial or logistic synergies of customer.-Gathers information about markets working closely with the Marketing/Strategy departments.-Completes market research analysis with the Sales Managers and Marketing/Strategy management.-Obtains schedules and break-down of new programmes.-Gathers information about competitors according to product and production location.-Assists in sales and technical definition of quotations(information concerning competitors and departmentsconcerned-Assists in solving quality,logistic and other delivery claims-Assists in solving problems with invoicing,self-billing and payment-Participates in following-up customer payments working closely with Sales administration and invoicingdepartment-Draws up details of the sales offer working with the Sales,Skills centres,Strategy and Marketing Management-Follows-up changes in perimeters,customer modification requests and ensures repercussion on selling prices in allphases of the product life(development,production life)-Manages the sales part of the customer internet portal-Participates in project reviews for products in development-Ensures customer satisfaction and internal relations2-Develops and Optimises Customer portfolios-Carries out prospecting in agreement with Sales management-Ensures daily follow-up of RFQ from reception to customer's decision3-Follows Sales Turnover and Profitability-Approves part and tooling orders-Informs Sales Administration of amendments to future orders(part reference updates)to improverequirements management-Follows up outstanding accounts working with the Sales Administration and implements customer actionplans to solve disputes,when requested by the Sales Administration,
