职位描述:
Purpose of Job：
This position is to source and manage qualified suppliers.To make sure suppliers provide cost competitive and good quality products，and deliver on time.
Job Scope＆Major Responsibilities：
1.Identify，qualify and develop competitive，socially compliant suppliers，with matched capabilities to product types.
2.Negotiate with suppliers on costs，manage quoting process，inventories，lead time，capacity，MOQ，quality，and production schedules
3.Develops and implements cost-reduction programs.
4.Work with international product management，sourcing and engineering teams for development of new OEM products and modification of existing products.
5.Work with International sourcing team on assignment and prioritization of sourcing projects，assist international sourcing team in negotiation of supplier terms and contracts.
6.Manage Coleman assets and tooling
7.Work with relative departments to ensure compliance with company standards，procedures，etc.，assist logistics in expediting issues for initial delivery
8.Make routine visits to suppliers，help improve suppliers internal management through daily communication
9.Liaison for product development needs and supply base，assist in supplier product approval
Requirements：
1.Education
Bachelor degree on Engineering，English or International Trade
2.Experience（Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience）
3-5 years of sourcing and project management preferred.
3.Professional Qualifications，Knowledge and skills
Sourcing experience in soft goods on apparel，footwear，luggage，cooler bags，camping furniture，tents，sleeping bags，lifejackets and inflatable products.
4.Written/Oral Language skills：
Fluent written and spoken English.
5.Competencies
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Detail oriented with strong written communication，problem solving，and organizational skills
Knowledge of various domestic and foreign manufacturing disciplines
Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
Honesty，integrity and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required.
Computer literate in Word，Excel and PowerPoint.
6.Others（eg.Travel Required：%）
Travel Required：30-50%
