1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum 7 years logistics experience in foreign manufacturing companies, of which more than 3 years as department head. 3. Able to influence the management and business partners.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership and able to motivate and coach team member.
5. Able to demonstrate strong planning, negotiation and project management skills.
6. Ability to understand and use financial reports as a management tool.
7. Good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.
8. MRP literate, SAP preferred.
