Qualifications Needed：
Bachelor degree in horticulture or plant protection.Female is preferred.Rich knowledge and training experience in production of flowers cutting or packing.Good communication and post harvest management skills.Good Skills in organization and coordination and ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.Good Command of communicating with people in different backgrounds，such as farmers.Very familiar with Ms office，especially in Excel，Word.Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description：
Daily Harvest and Graded record put in.（We are working on traceability system，this is the first step，will have many record more in future，we need a person responsible for this put in number everyday.）Learn making documents，if Logistic Officer gets out off office，who can take over to make documents.Work with workers to check all processing flowing daily，Quality check.Take over if Supervisor/Grading group leader/Packing team leader off work.（We need this prepare for peak season if group leader want to leave）。
