Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews

Responsibilities:
+ As the key actor in operations, to manage the flow from Customers orders reception to the finished-goods delivery at final destination in order to respect the quality, the lead time and the costs
+ Supervise the team in charge of "Subcontracted Activity", to be in charge of the coordination with the customers in terms of orders receiving, evaluation and follow-up, to be in charge of the coordination with the supplier/subcontractors
+ Ensure the best service rate towards customers
+ Supervise the team in charge of "On-site Activity", to be in charge of the Customs, Shipping, Inventory, Material requirement planning Material procurement and Production Planning of the factory
+ Ensure the best service rate towards customers
+ Coordinate with the departments in company's subsidiaries abroad to ensure a clear communication, follow-up urgencies and monitor the best development of the activities and projects
+ Coordinate with other teams in ZUI to ensure the support of the introduction of new products
+ Supervise the customs activity to ensure all related imports and exports being complied with the state customs regulation
+ Coordinate with relevant departments to get all the information for the custom contract, to complete the contract and to get the custom approval on time
+ Follow up the contract qty balance to make sure meeting the order forecast
+ Be response to urgent customs declaration and shipping request from Customers and ZUI teams
+ Work closely with accounting to reconcile records of related parts
+ Provide weekly and monthly Customs statistics / reports and data per request
+ Develop and maintain reasonable relationship with Customs
+ Supervising the factory Logistics team to ensure all deliveries are efficiently performed properly and timely. To work with logistics cost reduction plan and give suggestion on efficient logistics work flow
+ Supervise the warehouse daily operation to ensure the goods receiving, records, FIFO, final packing and delivery preparation
+ Implement warehouse process and monitor regularly the results to ensure the inventory accuracy
+ Implement action in order to optimize the level of stock
+ Provide weekly and monthly reports of the related activities

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above
+ At least 5 years experience in supply chain field, material control, customs, logistic, including at least 2 years at management level
+ Knowledge of ERP system (Movex would be a plus)
+ Well-organized and cooperative, team work spirit
+ Effective communication skill
+ Capable to work under multinational environment
+ Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
