Quality Manager，woven and knitted fashion garments
Oriental is in the process of reconfiguring its quality control system and is looking for an experienced and result driven Quality Manager to help maintain and develop our quality procedures in relation to our supplier factories in China.The right candidate should be able to work in cooperation with small independent supplier factories unfamiliar with systematic quality management systems and enable them to be a part of our constant improvement program.It is equally important that you manage to communicate the importance of uniform quality and increased customer satisfactions throughout the company.Domestic travels are expected.If the chosen candidate consistently performs excellently we are open to promoting the person to a management position.
Your tasks will include：
Help making sure that production is taking place in accordance with all customer requirements.
Help developing and maintaining stringent and transparent quality management procedures
Help following up on the QC team
Help coordinate all business activities required to meet quality standards
Help monitor and advice on the development of the quality management system
Help persuading suppliers to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods
Help monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports to top management
Help establishing and following up on supplier approval and assessment procedures
Qualifications：
Minimum 5 years practical experience with garment quality assurance
Ability to read and understand EnglishExperience with AQL，Total Quality Management，Six Sigma or similar systems
Ability to use MS Office software
Additional abilities
Self driven even when facing difficult situations，very structured and good people skills
